Site Systems Responsible AI Use Statement
Last Modified: January 24, 2026
Site Systems may use limited AI-enabled tools for assistive internal purposes such as
drafting support, research support, workflow support, software development support, productivity support,
and certain security, abuse-detection, or fraud-screening support.
Site Systems does not use AI Tools or automated decision-making systems to determine
eligibility, select
winners, make disqualification decisions, determine prize entitlement, or otherwise make decisions
producing
legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Those determinations are made under the applicable
official rules, documented procedures, and human oversight.
Any AI-assisted drafting or review of official rules, winner documents, compliance summaries, privacy
notices, or other legal or regulatory materials is preliminary only and remains subject to human review and
approval before use.
As a baseline rule, Site Systems does not use AI Tools with Client Data unless such use
is expressly
authorized, contractually permitted, and subject to appropriate privacy, security, and confidentiality
safeguards. Site Systems does not use its clients' or consumers' personal data to
train, fine-tune,
customize, or otherwise improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Where Site Systems processes Client Personal Data, it does so in accordance with
applicable client
agreements, its Data Processing Agreement, and documented client instructions, as applicable. Additional
information about Site Systems' privacy, security, and data handling practices is
available in its
Privacy Policy, Security Practices, and Data Processing Agreement.
